At the moment, we do local shipping in Halifax, Nova Scotia area. Tell us your story, we will see what we can do to find a way to accommodate you. 

Shipping Fees for return/exchange:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

 

Return Policy:

Jamdouns guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may within 14 days of receiving your purchase advise us.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before 5 pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12 am and 7 am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is to contact us by phone.

Sales Taxes:

Please note that sales tax will be added to the final price. These collected taxes are mandated by the provincial governments. Jamdouns in no way benefits from this.
